Quality Guarantee

We stand by the craftsmanship and reliability of every product we sell. If an item arrives faulty or not performing as intended, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement after verifying the defect.
For products with minor imperfections that don’t affect usability, a partial refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

All products are thoroughly checked and securely packaged before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or defective (e.g., broken component, structural issue, or missing part), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

This timeframe is necessary as carriers only accept damage claims immediately after delivery. Reports received after this period cannot be covered.

When reporting an issue, please include the following:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the outer box and packaging

  • The shipping label visible in your images

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once we receive this information, our team will assess the case and contact you with the next steps — typically a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.


14-Day Return Period (Australia Only)

For eligible, non–made-to-order items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Return postage for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Once approved, we’ll issue return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Uncollected or Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address provided was incorrect:

  • For made-to-order items, no refund will be issued, as these items are custom-produced and cannot be resold.

  • For other items, you may request re-shipment after paying the full cost of reshipping.

It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor delivery tracking and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.


Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact our team at nomadtechperformance@gmail.com to confirm eligibility.
When returning an item, ensure that:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging

  • All accessories and documentation are included

  • A copy of your proof of purchase or receipt is attached


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from approval.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Items cannot be refunded once shipped unless deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and funds haven’t appeared, please contact us for assistance.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Made-to-order or custom-built products

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items showing signs of use, modification, or installation


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.


Compliance & Responsibility

All buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased parts or accessories comply with Australian laws and vehicle standards prior to installation or use.
We are not responsible for fines, compliance issues, or inspection failures related to product usage. Refunds or returns will not be issued for products found to be non-compliant after purchase.
