If an error is discovered after you’ve placed an order, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you’d like to proceed or receive a refund.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities of any item at our discretion.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, unless otherwise stated.
We accept payment through secure, trusted payment gateways. Payment must be received before orders are processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices or promotional offers at any time without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship Australia-wide only.

Once dispatched, we’ll provide tracking information where available.
We remain responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply to all purchases.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all products come with the standard guarantees required by the Australian Consumer Law.
Any manufacturer’s warranties are provided in addition to your ACL rights, not instead of them.
